We had kids next door that never washed their hands--everything they touched stuck to them!
I was looking for my cutting torch one day out back in my garage--gone! Asked my son, he said Matt from next door was hangin' around one day. So, i went to Matt's home and found my cutting torch laying under a cabinet on the floor.
When Matt got his drivers license, he stole a neighbors convertible and drove it to Arizona, where he promptly got caught! So, his brother decided he'd take up the slack. He tried to jimmy the man door on my garage. I wasn't sure he did it, but when i asked him about it, he wouldn't look at me when he denied it!
Now, my outside doors have secret ways to lock them, and steel stiffeners where the jambs could be split off! And, there's a sign in the window about this property being protected by Smith and Wesson! And a sign from a company that provides protection, stuck in the hedges. And, lights all around the house on "trips"! Also, a .45 cal. bb gun lays out in plain sight! At 20 feet, it looks like the real thing! (My wife uses it to discourage those thievin' squirrels!)
