Do yourself a big favor and have UPS's between that generator and those PCs/Servers. You said you have existing UPS's, make sure to use UPS's between them. Not only do Gens fluctuate in CPS, which in itself will not hurt your equipment, but they throw some serious spikes. I've put "Dranitz" power meters on Gens and measured spikes topping 200 VAC so frequently that the darn things never stopped spittin out data. They are very dirty power, unless start talking those mega $$$ giga-watt jobs we use, and we still use UPS's between them and the equipment for insurance.
