Well, my 96 Silverado is still in the shop, will be 6 weeks as of 10/4/04. Injection pump went out that they put in went out twice, now they say its beyond GM's control. Been told by other techs and mechanics and dealers that the pumps come sometimes up to 5 in a row bad before you get a good one. Well, I have an attorneys appointment in a few days on the matter. They are blaming it on contaminated fuel but as I know and the techs and mechanics are telling me it sholdn't cause the problems its having.
