A true story: A man was bushhogging with an 8N in North Ga. a few years ago, and allowing his young son to ride along. The father was looking back at the implement when the son fell off. No PTO slip clutch, and the father could not stop the machine before killing his son. Very tragic! I heard this here before, and it is very true. These machines have no conscience! Please be careful with the basics, such as PTO slip clutches if not Live PTO, do not use chains as top 3 point links, remove PTO connection from tractor when working on implement, etc....
