I believe that the 360 was made with two different power steering setups. Mine has a separate pump and reservoir for the power assisted steering. Mine can be steered with the engine off. The power steering cylinder has a hollow shaft that feeds the fluid to the back end of the cylinder. Your setup may be different. On the Orphans (Lesser Known Classics) board, Marv and Geo sometimes post and really know the Long tractors.
