Tire Service Cost's- is this high ?

I just had 1 new 13.6 x 28 4 ply R-1 Firestone mounted and loaded with calcium. I removed the wheel from the tractor prior to the service guy arriving, he came out dismounted the old tire, I then cleaned, sandblasted, and painted the rim which was in good shape with zinc rich galvanize spray to protect against corrosion, he then returned, mounted the new tire with a new tube and loaded with calcium. It took an hour to dismount the old tire and and an hour & 1/4 to mount a new one, and load with 200 lbs of calcium. Here's what the bill says: 13.6" x 28" rear tractor tire mounted $222.00 Tube $35.00 200 lbs. Calcium Chloride $60.00 Road Service - Calcium Pump used $200.00
each each time,
dismount & mount (Labor quoted at $50.00/hour road service) With tax the total was: $562.00
Just curious as to what everyone else is paying, I do know that size and ply tire typically goes for $185.00 but think this bill is a bit high. I did the other side last year with a new rim and it was about the same as this one using the old rim. I'm all for someone making a decent buck, know tire work is tough work, and I've rarely ever questioned anyones bill/invoice as I'm no cheapo, but something does not seem right so I thought I'd see what the consensus is here, thanks !
