Ugh!!! 3am comes too darned early! I've been thinkin': Maybe all of us down in the mouth red guys have been looking at this Case/IH merger thing completely wrong for the past few years. Things weren't really as they seemed. Does anyone remember that when this merger into Tenneco happened that Case was all but non-existent? Yes, let's face it. The IH name saved that old Case line from completely going the way of the dinosaur. Whew! Good thing IH was there to bail ‘em out. Why, they even put the Case name in front of the IH to help jump start ‘em again. Darned big-hearted gesture, I’d say. :>) Allan
