Kroil and an easy-out... With the top and gasket surface of the plug now gone, Kroil will get to the threads now. I've seen Kroil (from Cano labs) loosed screws that looked like they'd never come out. or die grinder and cylindrical stone and wear it down to the tops of the threads on a couple sides of the hole and collapse it into a smaller size to be pulled. But this leaves a lot of metal grindings you don't really want in the cylinder... You might be able to collapse the threaded part with a cape chisel applied from the side without having to grind away metal. anything that shrinks the steel may help. Then there's the blue wrench. Heating primarily on the steel plug should get it hot and soft and since it can't expand when it cools it will be smaller than the head. Best done by someone who's done that before to not overheat the piston, valves and the head. Gerald
