It's around 80% here in UK, we get robbed by Blair to pay for Bush's war, assylumn seakers etc, most of the roads round here have more holes in them than... well I don't know what, it makes me really angry. When we had the fuel protests in 2000 they said that they couldn't reduce fuel duty as it was needed to pay for hospitals, but waiting times are at their longest ever, they've just started a waiting list to get on the waiting list. There are speed cameras on every road, there are not many motorists now who don't have a few points for 'speeding', as well as giving the government £60 a time. Now they've put tax on red diesel up to 6p, that means we'll be paying nearly 30p/litre by Autumn (£1.40/ Imp Gallon).
