I would look at the pedal adjustment to see if it is releasing as much as possible. Most clutch pedals need to have 1/2" to 3/4" "free play" before the linkage takes up and starts to release the clutch. You measure it at the pedal. Mostly you can depress the clutch with one or two fingers, then at the end of the free play it will suddenly get harder and begin releaseing the clutchl The less free play you have the more the clutch will release. Another thing to check is the level of oil in the transmission. And possibly it's viscosity. If the oil level is low the gears will spin and spin before stopping. You may still have enoghh oil to lube it but not enough to help slow it down. And if you have recently changed it and put in "tractor lube" or a thinner oil that could do it too. If the clutch seems to be releasing try putting some 90 weight gear oil in the transmission if it doesn't already have it. If you haven't changed it since it was new it could use a change by now.
