Heads are the same, the difference between the two were the valves and seats were typically made out of Stellite since there wasn't any lead additive in the LP fuel. The difference in compression was a crown on the top of the pistons away from the valve side. As I recall, the gasser piston was flat. IH also made hi altitude pistons and I suspect that they were simply LP pistons running on Gasoline.
