2 STAGE CLUTCH - ASAP

I OPERATE FORD 3600, FORD 5900, DEERE 3010 AND FURGASON 234. ALL HAVE A 2 STAGE CLUTCH'S THAT STOP THE PTO OPERATION WHEN HALFWAY DEPRESSED. TELL ME...A FORD 6600 72 HORSE WILL DO THE SAME...CORRECT? I BOUGHT A 6600 THAT RUNS AT HALF TEMPATURE AT IDLE, HAS A LEAKING RADIATOR, ENGINE BLOWBY AND WILL NOT STOP THE PTO WITH THE CLUTCH. VERIFY THE CLUTCH...PLEASE.
