Well knowing the way they do things, the money will probably not go to anyone that it should. They will figure out how to spend it on rebuilding that country or say the guy that told them is also on the most wanted etc. Just ask a Disabled Vet. how long it takes to get any of his disabilaty, or a disabled person trying to get his social security. Face it the Gov. will figure out how to keep it and spend it on $500 hammers or something. Sorry I love my country but don't like how they treat disabled people, Vets or other wise Just my 2 cents worth, as a Disabled Vet.
