The message telling you to proofread is for your own use only, or to give you a chance to retract the cussing you just gave someone. You can hit submit and it will be sent just the way you typed it, if that's what you want. There are a lot of people who regularly post messages or give replys, and they do not know how to spell, or use punctuation, and their messages get posted with no problems. As long as we are able to get the main idea, nobody much cares.
