Old childs tractor

I just came across and old childs gas powered tractor and need to find out more about it. There are no decals or labels on it due to the fact it is severely rusted, the engine is siezed up and it is missing many parts. From the way it is built it appears to be a factory made item and not a home built project. The chassis measures 33"L X 5"W X 7 1/2"T at the rear and dwindles down to 3" in the front above the front steer wheels. Chassis is bent and spot welded at its seams. The steering fork is of flat steel stock that has been bent in a U shape ((looks flat just like a horse shoe)) then twisted 90 degrees to allow the front axle to pass thru it.It has a stamped steel steering wheel and seat. The engine and the rear axle shaft housings ((axle housings are cast aluminum and bolted to the chassis)) are painted blue. Its hard to describe any other features of the tractor due to the lack of paint and the numerous parts that are missing
