Sounds normal. Ole Smokey Yunic of NASCAR fame always held that all an engine needed to survive was 10 psi oil pressure per 1,000 rpm. Average tractor engine doesn't exceed 2,000 rpm, therefore you are right where you should be. Variance in oil pressure between hot and cold is dependent upon main/rod bearing/oil pump age and type of oil being used. If you are running 10w-30 or 10w-40 your pressures are great. I recommend Chevron Delo , Unocal '76 Guardall, or Shell Rotella in 15w-40 for industrial/ag engines. Is good enough for commercial diesel engine bearings to go 300,000 miles with, is certainly good enough for ag engines. Best Tractoring Jeff king
