Looking for older tractor to do these things

Am about to buy my first tractor that will be more than a glorified riding mower. Am afraid a smaller tractor may not do what I need.
Of course I want to cut grass. But also I want to build flower beds, level out trails, clear a lot to build a building, and be able to lift and carry some things.
Background. We have 10 acres with four houses on it. We keep about five acres cut. Would like to clear another acre or two if possible. Land is hilly which means I would love to have a low riding mower. Also want to be able to build trails for my Mom to be able to ride her electric Shop Rider all over the place without worry of tipping or getting stuck.
Really would love to find a smaller older tractor that can somehow use or simulate a front end loader. Loads would not be that heavy. Moving good dirt from one part of land to flower beds and gardens which are now red Georgia clay.
Also would like to bush hog some of the land.
My dad used an ancient Farmall Cub and sold it before he died.
Is there any older, smaller Tractor that can do a front end loader, bush hog, perhaps a small drag box, and maybe a tiller????
Please advise on older and perhaps smaller tractors that can be used for these things, and perhaps the amount of horsepower needed to do this. Again, the land is hilly and a tricycle front end would not really be too safe.
Thank you, from a beginner who at 53 has gone from rock and roll musician to country man.
One more confession. My ex best friend had a dump truck and loader. Her made money by dumping waste from home construction sites on one acre of my land. That is the reason he is an ex friend now. I find it wieghing very heavily upon me to clean that acre up. Some concrete chunks and tree stumps up to perhaps 600 pounds or so.
Again thank you for taking time for me.

Today's Featured Article - History of the Nuffield Tractor - by Anthony West. The Nuffield tractor story started in early 1945. The British government still reeling from the effects of the war on the economy, approached the Nuffield organization to see if they would design and build an "ALL NEW" British built wheeled tractor, suitable for both British and world farming. ...
