Rauville, International Harvester never made radios that I know of - but two of the biggest radio manufacturers in the country during the war were located in Chicago. They were Zenith and Hallicrafters. My bet is that it's a Hallicrafters, which called themselves The Hallicrafters Company, or "THC", and did a lot of government contracting for the Navy and Army Signal Corps during the war. Some of the old radios are highly valued by collectors. With luck you'd be able to get 500 or 800 out of it -- enough to buy an old IHC tractor.
