Carb Problems

I have a 53 Farmall Super M, the carb has a cast bump with a hole on the bottom and gas runs right out of it. I am assuming that there is some kind of plug or seal that came off as it has not done this before. I am unfamiliar with tractor carbs and if this is a symtom of something or anyone has a suggestion, I would greatly appreciate input. Thanks
