I had trouble with the 3pt on my 202 when I first used it also. Mine would not even lift. I drained the old fluid and put in a 50/50 mix of fuel and clean oil, then ran the tractor a little to flush the system out, and drained and replaced the trans/hyd oil. I have the duel stage clutc where if it is pushed half way down the trans. is disengaged and all the waydisengages the hyd and pto. The power stearing usully leaks at the cylinders check the fluid in the resevior. I do not have the ground driven pto just a lever on the side to engage or disengage. I really like mine I have a loader on it and use it a lot. Parts are available because they cross with other MF models the biggest problem I have is that most of the parts people I've delt with can't find/cross the parts because it's an industrial model.
