I am also going to include a wash bay/paint booth when I build my new shop someday. I think I am going to build false walls into mine so I can have the light fixtures built into the wall behind glass or plexiglass so dust can't build up on them and they will be water proof. I am also thinking of making the walls lean in so the top will be about 4" in from the bottom so paint over spray won't settle on them. I would pour a very slight slope to the floor so water will drain yet if you want to set something on jack stands to paint they will still be stable. I am going to build a closet off my paint booth for a place to store paint and related equipment as well as the power washer and air compressor.
