If your rpms stayed the same as the deck speed decreases your pto clutch probably needs adjusting or rebuilding.If you do not have the easy adjust clutch it is a very tricky procedure involving correct shimming on these old Cases.I suggest contacting your ingersoll dealer or Ingersolls website for tech help.I believe it is Ingersollinc.com.
