I looked at all my pictures and cannot find one of the 364. The square headlights don't sound right as other models of the same vintage (454, 284 and most others) had round. Your tractor is a clone of the 354 farm tractor made 1972-75. It then changed to the I-364 for 1976-77 and was more of an industrial tractor, built for the landscaper/municipal market. Maybe IH used square lights in the industrial units. Sorry I can't give you more info., but I'm not that familiar with IH of that vintage.
