I wouldn't give up on JD. What other company has been out there selling QUALITY equipment for over 130 yrs. Red is just salvaged scrap metal made to look like a tractor. My dealer can usually have a part in a day if they don't stock it. If we don't need it right way they'll stock order it and it'll be in at the end of a week. At least when I walk into my dealership they know what it is you are looking for. The local IH dealer don't their butts from a hole in the ground. They couldn't find their way out of a paperbag w/flashlight. In my neck of the woods only a couple farmers own Red, the rest run with GREEN cause they're the best.
