When I was looking at new tractors last August, I stopped at the local John Deere dealer and when I went in and talked to a salesman. I explained that I was looking at tractors and wanted something in the 50 hp range and what did JD offer, he pointed out the door and said that what JD had was out in the lot. Did not offer to get up from his desk or any to give me any brochures. He was not busy, just didn't seem to want to leave his air-conditioned office. I did not feel like they wanted my money, so I went down the street to the Kubota dealer, spent an hour with the salesman looking at the different tractors. Made me feel wanted and if I had any other questions to call him anytime. So now I own Orange. Took pictures of me and the tractor, sent them to the salesman, his manager, and the dealership owners and explained with the above message, never heard a word back. I guess they just don't care.
