Pat, MMs are not my long suit, but if this tractor has set out for a number of years, then start LOW. It is easy to go up, not down. How is the rubber on it ? all up or flats all the way around and sank into the ground. If it is stuck and it looks as good as you say start at $200 to $300, If it will turn over,go to your offer It is a matter of how low you are willing to start and still live with yourself. for you might get this tractor for a song , and get to play the tune!!!
