A $10 meter from Radio Shack or other supplier will tell you which way the battery is charged, and then you will know who is right. :) I'm not 100%, but I'd suspect your regulator needs replacing, and hang on to the warrenty card for that battery as you'll probably be using it sooner than later..... --->Paul
