You could go to your local congressman and ask him to have all those 2 cylinders declared national treasures or whatever you call it over there. Then the guy would have to preserve them himself.

Don't worry, Mate. We have the same thing Downunder. Old tractors and machinery all over the place, just melting away and its owners letting it. Not a damn thing anyone can do about it UNLESS they can get the owner to sell 'cos it's the person who OWNS it that has the say about its future.

I noted one comment in another reply under this thread that seemed to say that meddling in other people's affairs is why the U.S. is in Iraq at the moment. Well, Australia is also in Iraq, admittedly in a much smaller way, but I DON'T see it as meddling in other people's affairs. I see it as stopping a power-hungry lunatic, his equally crazy sons and their followers from unleashing their craziness in my back yard somewhere down the track.
