Well growing up my dad's place was 45 miles north of the Montana border, so I don't think we have many differences at all as far as farmin goes...

I think the only think we have more fun with is our winters... Was out plowing snow this weekend on my N, and the temp was - 25 F with a wind chill right at -35F.

The old tractor took a few minutes to want to warm up and move, even after having a block heater plugged in all nite, and being stored in an insulated garage...

My dad got crabby with me one year as a kid, cause I bent the push rods on his favourite 4020 John Deere. Some fool was out drinking, and put his car in the ditch one nite when it was -30 F, I started the 4020 diesel with a good shot of ether, and went and pulled the guy out of the ditch , only to find out later that dad had shut off the circuit breaker from inside the house that powered the block heater on the tractor 2 days before, cause he didn't plan on running that unit for the rest of the week.

Definition of Summer in Saskatchewan:

2 months of crappy snowmobiling ...
