I rented a cart at the Florida Flywheelers swap meet in feb,was very careful, but people don't pay attention to anything but themselves. In the 3 hours I was there 2 people walked into the side of my cart, several were agitated they had to walk around it while I was waiting for people crossing in front of me,one old man probably 80 yelled at me to slow down (I could crawl faster than he was driving his). One thing that made me mad was other cart drivers parking in the center of the isle to get out and look at something,or 2 carts blocking the isle, and you have to set and wait till there done talking to get around.
