Hi Matt, You a hoo? Here in Hooville, central Va., my snow-pushing buddy says $75/hr is reasonable for a pickup with blade. I don't start my comparable tractor for less than $35/hr. Snow clearing doesn't interest me but a local subdivision offered to give me their standard road grader in exchange for maintenance. I declined as it was too big for both my driveway and trailer. They didn't want to pay enough per hour to get my attention. Now they are- to a contractor. My experience says that if you give it away, you'll not be appreciated by the association. Individual neighbors are a different story.
