All of these guys have given some very good advice. The only thing I would add is to find and join a local antique tractor club. Anyone I have ever met in connection with this hobby is very willing to share info. and talents. Sooner or later you are going to need some moral support and you also will find that you don't have all the tools you will need. Some of these tools are special and you may only need them one time. Plus it is a lot of fun just rubbing elbows with people who have a common interest.
