Festus, You're right that beet juice has a high coefficient of heat transfer when in contact with ferrite metals - like iron and steel. What you forget, though, neither the Aztecs nor the Incas, had iron or steel at the time. They were using gold for their wheels and radiators! Why do you think the Spanish wanted to go to that crazy place where they have a lake named Titicaca?
