Tractor for mowing 2 acres - recommendations??

I know with the whole country freezing it is hard to think too much about grass cutting, but spring will be here directly.

I got a Cub 184 Loboy last year thinking it would be just right for the job. Now maybe it is just cause I want a different tractor, but I am dissatisfied with the 184 for several reasons.

First is the lack of power and utility. No 3 point hitch and too small to really do much with even if I added the hitch.

Second is the rigid belly mounted mower. IH really didn't design the mower to "float" over the ground. If you hit a bump or mow on a hill, the whole 5 foot mower tilts and you get an uneven cut.

On the positive side, it is very maneuverable and I have lots of obstacles to include some relatively steep areas. The loBoy remains stable and easy to control.

So my parameters are:
1. More power.
2. More utility (3 point and ability to mount a loader)
3. Live Hydraulics and live PTO
4. Capable of running a 5 foot finish mower off the 3 point and doing a nice neat mowing job.
5. Easlily maneuverable in tight spaces.
6. Low and stable.
7. The ground can get soft, so good floatation is a plus.
8. No brand preference, but I would like to keep the cost down.

I do have a JD LX 178 riding mower (hydro) for really tight work.

OK guys...What are your recomendations?
