In the case of the 8N we know it is at least 50 years old so I would guess it would do the kind of work you mention for another 100, at least if it is kept up. Pulling a finish mower the old 8N would know it was retired and gone to tractor heaven or where ever good old tractors go. Ive seen it too many times where someone got tired of buying riding mowers and bought an N with a finish mower and somehow they find the N is like the energizer bunny; just keep going and going. Understand the hydraulic limitations of the N. As someone else said the 2000 is much more tractor. JMHO, ray
