Don I work for a gas pipeline company in PA and NY. We mow our right of ways with JD 301A with a mid mount sickle bar. The tractors are stock with the rear wheels loaded and snap on duels. We have put these things up hills till they spin out. If you keep the mower up hill you can zig zag up the hill until the front just won't hold anymore, and we've never put one on its side!
