I cheat and make mine easily..I get some good pickles like Clausens or something that way,,feed the pickles to whoever will eat them and then use the juice,,makes great sausages or eggs,,you can also go to a restaurant supply place and buy 5 gallon barrels of pickles and use the juice from them after eating the pickles,my nieces love pickles so I always have juice left over...Jim
