Keep your eye on the auction sales in the area that you are going to live. Look for a Farmall 400 or 450, a JD 730 or something similar. Other people on this site can give more equivalents, but the thing that you need is a 40 - 55 hp unit that is new enough to have live power and the three point hitch. Don't buy the first one that you hear of... bid low. good luck sod
