You might be, but they aren't. You will get a second notice, should have already, and then you will get a visit. Welcome to what every farmer faces - a govt out of control.... Half of the suggestions I read here & other 'small farmstead' message forums about how to farm or till or build or manage livestock are not legal, and if you were a 'real' farmer many of you would be facing some real serious issues. They kinda let the 5 acre plots go. Welcome to ag red tape. I wonder if auto makers or department stores would freely fill out a business survey to be used against them in marketing & regulation, much less have it manditory? But, farmers in the USA do. And yes, you need to take it seriously. --->Paul
