It's called supply and demand. There are eleventy billion small-block Chevys out there to rebuild, and nowhere near that many old Case tractors. The companies that build engine rebuild parts are obviously going to compete in the most lucrative market. If they have a choice to build 10,000 Chevy kits that they know they can sell in 6 months or 1000 Case kits that may sit for years, it's not hard to figure out what they're going to do with their money and materials.
