well, going off from some of the other comments, i would say first of all that no one in this world can you really trust wholey...not men, women, or beasts.....but your tractor you can trust. plus tractors are infinitely easier to understand and predict than women.

my x wife could not understand my love of tinkering with farming and my love of tractors, the gravely walk behind, my old mcculloch and homelite chainsaws, etc. she even came from a family where her dad owned a tractor. with her gone now i have found a renewed energy in the love of these things, but it is better to have someone around who likes the things you do. just remember in dating to not change yourself for someone else. if you love farming and tractors, but like a good looking woman who doesnt, or says she does but really doesnt like those things, to let her pass by to save yourself and your sanity down the road. embrace the woman who truely shares your interests. now with my x's contra-influences gone, i can show my kids many of the benefits and pleasures of living on a farm and the love of the machinery that help out in attaining a simple way of life.
