No MJ wouldn't be fair.Like I said he called a few times for the balance.If I wouldn't been in the car reck things may have worked out different.The thing about this whole deal thats strange is when the tractor show back up in the photo adds and a friend said he would go pick it up.So we emailed him but no reply.He had removed the fenders and the 3 point lowered the price 500$.He could have replied.I sell things aswell and heard every excuse,but give the buyers plenty of time to pay when problems come up.Guess this guy needed the money and his computor was broke.I'll never leave a depost again with anyone.
