Had a simular problem on an old ford once. After changing both calipers, hoses, and a master cylinder, I found the problem to be the lenght of the rod that drives the master. What happens is you depress the peddle and the rod pushes the pistion. This blocks off the releif holes and provides pressure to the lines. When released the piston must travel back to the point where the releif holes will release the pressure, In my case the rear would release but the front wouldn't. Took a 1/16 of an inch off the rod and never had any more problems.
