It seems kind of out of place posting this topic here, however I assume there are quite a few out there with daughters. The possibly girlfriend and I went to the movies lastnight, didnt get back to her house till about 12, came straight from the movies. Anyhow, her dad went off on me, mainly the age difference, (I'm 18 shes 14). However I dont see much of a problem there, we get along great etc and I'd like to date her. However my problem lies where I have to talk to him about all this, convince him I'm not a bad kid and try to change around these assumptions he has. I'm betting most of the guys out there have encountered this kind of problem, either years ago or currently with a daughter. Just wondering on how you guys feel on a somewhat signifigant age difference, or if anyone had any advice when it came to that kind of "talk". Thanks in advance, -Mike
