john deere 5210

bought it with 57 hours on it....got a pretty good deal from new holland dealer....he was very good.....have had alot of trouble with the doors closing has cab.....drivers side door glass broke and i got NO satisfaction from dealer 6 miles away i bought TWO tractors from......had to call fellow up in superior wisconsin,where i got it from he checked with his buddy and their was an internal jonh deere unpublished recall only if door glass breaks will they replace it.....mine broke one day $1000....dollars just for glass...if i had not heard from the fellow i bought it from i wouldhave had to pay for new glass or juts get cold....they fianally came out and replaced glass and the hindges on both doors just replaced broken glass....under super secret john deere program......they paid.for all......if you have a jd 5210 with cab their is a recall for clutch rod....cab has cable but must be replaced......and the glass if you have trouble with door not shuttng properly jd will replace hindges and glass if broken......i personally have one more year to pay on this tractor and will sell it when paid off and NEVER NEVER NEVER have another john deere ever...........pice of green crap and the service guy down from us he messed up a real farmer mile away from us and he traded everything and got all fords......that may be my next move thanks alan
