A 30 has a flathead Continental, too, but has an exposed(molded) gas tank, and a cast iron frame; it's not a 30.

It's a Massey-Harris Colt or Mustang. You can tell by the square, shrouded(not anymore) gas tank that it's from the 81, 20, 22, Colt & Mustang family, and the bar grille--rather than louvered, like the 81 & 20--further narrows it down to either a 22, Colt, or Mustang. The dash on the 22 is solid down to the transmission, and this one isn't, so it therefore narrows it down further to a Colt or Mustang.

There were only 1669 Colts built, and about 3447 Mustangs, so you've got a collectable Massey there. Most parts from 22's will work, and are plentiful, so I'd say you've got a project tractor there, although it is a definite challenge...

If there's no tag left on the frame, then the model and serial number are stamped into the transmission housing right in front of the PTO lever.
