Fargo Around here at just about any lumber yard can order any size or type of window . I just put a new window in kitchen for BH. It is not the small individual pane but a decrotive grid id put in between the glass panes to give it the appearance of small individual panes. There is a place in Monett MO. Called Quality manufacturing that special orders them. I understand they are several around the country. Holler if you need more help.
