Hereis a site I used for infrmaton once on a Bad check for a COD on a part I sold once. The guy wanted to make sure both parties were protected and I fell for it! Got my money after I read these laws pertaining to COD Bad Checks! Now I take Money Orders ONLY! There are companys who will colect off there back whens funds are in there for a percentage. Just type Bad Check on a search on the net and you will see lots of them. Mark H.
