I don't know very much about bats, but if they are like any other nocturnals they don't like flashing lights and loud noise in their domicile. You may want to try setting up a strobe light, and a boom box with some loud music. I have heard of people doing this and after about the third day/night of this the unwanted guests moved on. When I was growing up, the gentleman accross the street had a simular problem. He tried this and it worked. Didn't make him very popular with some of the nearest neighbors, but this did work and the friendships were patched up after the guests had left and the music and light show was over. This was also some very good hearted ribbing for a few months when ever he was around
