Should Golf Carts/Four Wheelers be allowed at tractor shows

Whats your opinion about Golf Carts and Four Wheelers being allowed all over the shows ? Sat next to my tractor at the Hastings, MN show and saw so many near misses between Carts and spectators it was not pleasant. One young lady on a Four Wheeler belonging to a rescue unit went flying thru the crowd with no horn or siren almost hitting several people. I'm all for the elderly or handicaped using transportation and they cause no problem at all. What has the trend at shows in regards to Golf carts been lately. Just attended a show this weekend where an elderly lady was hurt by a Cart.
